Upper Laurel Ambulance Service strives to maintain excellence in the patient care that we deliver to the citizens we serve, as well as have a little fun doing so.
On June 16 and 17, 2006, ULAS hosted a PHTLS Provider Course sponsored by Health Net Aeromedical. The Program Coordinator for the course was Paramedic Mark Brooks. Helping Paramedic Brooks teach the course were Flight Medic Robbie Shorter and Flight Nurse Robin Jones of Health Net V and Paramedic Craig Long from Upper Laurel/McDowell County Ambulance Authority.

Student in the PHTLS Provider Course at Upper Laurel included EMT-Basics, EMT-Paramedics and RN's.
Upcoming course at ULAS include ACLS Provider, PEPP and EVOC. Additional information will be posted as the classes are coordinated and scheduled.
